Yvette Correa-BLowers is a proven and successful Costume Designer and Wardrobe Supervisor with extensive experience in TV, Film and Supervising Costume Departments. Yvette has a deep passion for the TFT Arts and Crafts industry.
​
From a young age Yvette had a deep appreciation for Art, Design and Fashion. She started her career and broke into the film industry by sheer determination and hard work. Yvette took every opportunity to learn, collaborate, create, with the same eagerness as she still has today.
​
As a member of IATSE 705, Yvette worked as a Costume Designer, Wardrobe Supervisor or Set Costumer on many productions including Amittyville New Generation, Orleans The Big Easy, The Dave Chappell Show, The Hughley's, Passion's, and The Parenthood and In Living Color
​
Yvette also had the privilege to travel the world building a deep understanding and awareness of diverse cultures and traditions having lived in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.
​
One of Yvette's greatest achievement includes being a loving wife and mother of three wonderful, bright and creative children who grew up as children of the world.
​
At this point in her life, Yvette would like nothing more than to give back and share some of my industry experience and skills in the TV, Film and Theatre Industry through the engagement and mentoring of the next generation of young passionate talent.
In her spare time Yvette keeps busy with passion projects and learning new crafts like metal smithing, and painting.
